What's Covered
Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. They do not typically cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
