Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location. Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Please note that larger items such as bikes and bulky accessories may be shipped via road freight and can take additional time to arrive, particularly to regional and remote areas.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on available carrier rates. In rare cases where actual freight costs significantly exceed the quoted amount — particularly for oversized or remote deliveries — we reserve the right to contact you with a revised shipping cost. You will always have the option to accept the updated cost or receive a full refund.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product. To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your proof of purchase and we'll guide you through the process.
